JOB DESCRIPTION
The Program Director oversees the strategic and operational management of the Pathway Home 6 program. This role is responsible for ensuring high-quality service delivery, supervising staff, and driving program outcomes. The Director will lead outreach efforts, manage partnerships, and ensure compliance with performance metrics and reporting requirements. The Program Director plays a key role in staff development, data integrity, and continuous improvement of program services.

Your Responsibilities Include Program Oversight & Strategic Operations
- Lead the development and implementation of program policies, procedures, and training materials.
- Ensure program activities align with organizational goals and standards.
- Manage relationships with external partners and stakeholders to support program success.
- Monitor and evaluate program performance and implement improvements as needed.
- Ensure program performance metrics are met or exceeded
- Supervise program staff and provide regular performance feedback.
- Facilitate onboarding and training for new hires.
- Promote a culture of accountability, collaboration, and professional growth.
- Provide training and guidance on situational awareness for staff working in a jail setting
- Oversee program budget and ensure alignment with financial targets.
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting of program metrics.
- Support audit preparation and compliance reviews.
- Monitor budget compliance and maintain acceptable variance
- Analyze program data and develop action plans to address performance gaps.
- You have Bachelor’s degree or higher in Social Work, Psychology, Public Administration, or related field.
- Bring a minimum of 3 years supervisory experience or 5 years in program management.
- You have experience in budget management and program operations preferred.
- Have experience working with justice-impacted individuals, public assistance recipients, and those affected by poverty.
- You bring strong leadership and team-building skills.
- You have knowledge of trauma-informed care and culturally responsive practices.
- You can pass DOC clearance for access to Rikers Island
