Job Description
The organization is seeking Regional Field Directors to oversee a statewide door-to-door project aimed at supporting Republican political campaigns. This role involves managing full-time staff and a large team of canvassers, ensuring they are trained, supplied, and audited effectively. While the primary focus will not be on recruiting canvassers, some in-person recruitment will be required. Candidates should be prepared for a demanding work schedule, as they will need to be on call for emergencies while canvassers are in the field. Positions are available in Georgia, Michigan, and Maine, with housing provided.
