The organization seeks a Regulatory, Governmental, and Environmental Affairs Manager to oversee compliance and coordination for its Texas oil and gas operations. This full-time role, based in the Dallas-Irving area, involves frequent interaction with local government agencies, regulatory bodies, and industry representatives, as well as regular field inspections at operational sites. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of Texas oil and gas regulations, particularly those set by the Railroad Commission of Texas and TCEQ, along with at least five years of relevant experience. Key responsibilities include developing compliance programs, monitoring regulatory changes, and managing environmental compliance matters.
