Job Description

Join the movement to protect people from scams

Are you an experienced sales and fundraising professional with a strong relationship focus and a passion for creating meaningful impact? The Global Anti-Scam Alliance (GASA) is looking for Partnership Managers to grow membership, partnerships, and sponsorships across North America and build lasting relationships with organizations contributing to a safer digital environment.

About the Global Anti-Scam Alliance

GASA is a growing non-profit that unites governments, law enforcement, consumer authorities, tech companies, financial institutions, cybersecurity experts, and private organizations to share knowledge, raise awareness, and combat scams globally. Our annual Global Anti-Scam Summits in Europe, Asia, and America bring together thought leaders shaping safer digital ecosystems. To increase our local impact, we have established regional chapters in Africa, APAC, Brazil, Mexico, and North America, and are working on launching chapters in China, Europe, India, and MENA to foster collaboration and grow our partner network.

Your role

As Partnership Manager, you will grow membership, partnerships, and sponsorships across your market by building a pipeline, developing relationships, and managing the B2B sales cycle from first contact through contract or grant signing. Your focus is sustainable growth, member engagement, retention, and long-term value.

You will execute GASA's revenue generation strategy and annual sales plan, tailor it to the geographic context of your Chapter, generate and qualify prospects through proactive (cold) outreach, write grants, organize events, and work collaboratively with the Chapter and Global teams to follow up on leads from events, webinars, and new GASA accounts, and ensure a smooth handover to the Chapter Director after contract signing.

You will report hierarchically to the local Chapter Director and work functionally with the Global Partnership Director, receiving ongoing coaching, training, and professional development in sales and partnership management where needed.

As Partnership Manager, you will also:

  • Manage the sales and development cycle from (cold) prospecting through grant or contract signing.
  • Build and develop your sales funnel and follow up on relevant leads.
  • Execute GASA's sales strategy and annual sales plan.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records.

About you

You are a proactive, relationship-driven sales and fundraising professional with proven experience acquiring customers, members, sponsors, or partners. You combine revenue generation drive with a long-term relationship focus and understand that sustainable growth is built through trust, retention, and customer value.

You have strong sales and relationship management experience in North America and understand how to develop B2B and/or donor relationships in an international, multi-stakeholder environment. Experience and networks in tech, cybersecurity, financial services, banking, or related sectors are highly relevant.

You are confident working independently and collaboratively across GASA and motivated to continuously develop your sales/fundraising capabilities while contributing to a professional international organization.

You bring

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, International Business, Sales, Marketing, Nonprofit Management, or a related field.
  • 5 to 10+ years of relevant international sales or fundraising experience in a multi-stakeholder environment.
  • Experience acquiring customers, members, sponsors, and/or partners and managing B2B sales relationships.
  • Strong writing skills for grant proposals, appeals, and reports.
  • Proficiency with CRM (HubSpot), LinkedIn Navigator sales automation (LemList), fundraising databases, and donor-management systems is preferred.
  • Understanding of fundraising ethics, nonprofit operations, and charitable regulations.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
  • An active network in the tech, cybersecurity, fraud prevention, consumer protection, financial, and/or telecom industry is preferred.

What we offer

  • Meaningful role in a globally recognized nonprofit.
  • Opportunity to create real impact in the fight against scams.
  • Collaboration with leading global organizations and experts.
  • Mission-driven, ambitious environment with fully remote work and flexible hours.
