Job Description
Congressman Jerrold Nadler seeks a scheduler to manage Member’s daily DC schedule, including organizing and tracking invitations, speaking engagements, and scheduling requests for the Member.
Duties also include assisting in coordinating travel arrangements, managing the intern program, maintaining the DC office, and processing flag requests and White House tour requests.
Candidates must be highly organized, attentive to detail, and capable of thriving in a rapidly changing environment. Previous scheduling/office management experience is a plus.
