Social Media Intern (Volunteer)

The organization is seeking a Social Media Intern to support its mission of enhancing American the organization through effective communication. This role involves creating and scheduling engaging content across platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook, as well as producing short-form videos from various events. Interns will monitor social media trends, engage with followers and lawmakers, and maintain a content calendar while also participating in phonebanking for endorsed candidates. Ideal candidates should have fluency in major social platforms, video editing or graphic design skills, and a strong visual instinct. The internship is available remotely or in-person in Washington, D.C., and is unpaid.
