What You’ll Do:
The Strategic Partnerships Associate is responsible for increasing visibility, expanding referral relationships, and strengthening community connections to support program utilization and access to care. This external-facing role focuses on building trust with referral partners and developing sustainable pipelines that align with organizational priorities. The Associate collaborates closely with program leadership, Executive Directors, Access, and Marketing/Communications to ensure services are clearly represented and easily accessible.
