ABOUT THE ROLE

In this full-time, on-site role, you’ll support key administrative functions—from bookkeeping and HR to donor communications and program operations. Reporting across departments, you’ll help ensure smooth daily business and financial operations while advancing our mission to restore and preserve New Hampshire’s 1,000 lakes.

This year-round, hourly position offers opportunities for growth and a comprehensive benefits package.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Bookkeeping & Payroll

  • Process accounts payable/receivable transactions and bank deposits
  • Administer bi-weekly payroll
  • Support time tracking and seasonal payroll systems

Human Resources & Team Support

  • Assist with employee onboarding/offboarding and benefits coordination
  • Provide administrative support to our seasonal Lake Host Team

Fund Development Support

  • Make donor thank-you calls
  • Ensure donor thank you letters and welcome packets get out in a timely manner
  • Assist with gift processing

Office & Administrative Support

  • Manage incoming/outgoing mail and online orders
  • Coordinate office maintenance and vendor relationships
  • Maintain inventory and order office supplies
  • Keep shared spaces tidy and professional
