Summary
This position is located in the Executive Office of the President (EOP), Office of Administration (OA), Director's Office, Resource Management Division. The incumbent serves as the senior human capital specialist and is responsible for the development, execution, and coordination of all activities relating to internal human capital management functions essential to the operation of OA as a component within the EOP.
Duties
As a Human Capital Specialist, GS-0301-14, your typical work assignments may include the following:
Serves as the primary point of contact for human capital management for Office of Administration (OA) leadership and hiring managers, as well as staff on individual matters, liaising with the Office of the Chief People Officer (OCPO).
Maintains the OA organizational chart and OA personnel tracker (including budget) for all categories of employees, detailees, and interns.
Contributes to setting the workforce development strategy for the office.
Prepares, reviews and assists in the monitoring of programs that promote diversity and inclusion.
