Senior Program Manager, Strategic Response

What you'll do:
The Senior Program Manager will work across the entire company, including with members of our Leadership team, on the most critical issues facing the company.
Drive continuous improvement across the organization through closed-loop feedback processes and retrospective incident reviews
Identify process gaps and new product needs
Work cross-functionally and globally with Product Management, Engineering, Policy, Trust, Legal, Marketing and other internal organizations across Twitter to execute and drive partnerships
Drive global strategies related to our support operations, building the implementation plans and overseeing the execution
Remove barriers to success for a high-performing global team of analysts by ensuring growth and learning opportunities are created and taken advantage of by your team. You will develop the other leaders on your team by providing mentorship, guidance and career development

Requirements
BA/BS degree or local equivalent required. Management or business degree preferred.
Minimum 10 years' relevant experience
Experience working closely with senior executives, a high level of business sense and the ability to work collaboratively across teams and organizations.
A strong analytical attitude, a proven track record of distilling data, and an ability to identify trends
Strong communication, storytelling and presentation with confidence
Comfort in a fast-paced, highly-dynamic environment with multiple stakeholders
