Job Description
Job Purpose: Under the direction and with the support of ASRM’s Center for Policy & Leadership Director and Chief Policy and Advocacy Officer, provide programmatic, research, and communications support to positively impact the field of reproductive medicine. This will include providing program support for the CPL’s advocacy training program, PRIMED, and supporting the development and implementation of CPL-driven research and policy initiatives.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
PRIMED Program Support
· Serve as a liaison to the PRIMED scholar community.
· Coordinate the logistics of the PRIMED program, including online classroom organization and communications, cohort travel and logistics, and planning for and execution of program activities, including online and in-person sessions and events.
· Liaise with PRIMED participants and alumni to provide information, respond to questions, and maintain collaboration and relationships between stakeholders.
· Develop and distribute written program materials to support awareness building and public and all aspects of participant engagement.
· Coordinate, in partnership with other ASRM staff, the annual PRIMED Washington, DC visit.
· Support and coordinate logistics for the PRIMED Capstone Spotlight Presentation at ASRM’s Annual Congress and Expo.
Educating ASRM Members & Special Projects
· Draft and edit communications and resources aligned with the CPL's mission, such as newsletter updates, Board materials, articles, fact sheets, and correspondence.
· Upon request, research topics in reproductive health and assist in the development of deliverables including reports, articles, newsletters, and web content.
· Monitor potential conferences and abstract-submission opportunities that the CPL can participate in and support, as appropriate, relevant submissions and participation.
· Support planning and execution of CPL programming and initiatives throughout the year, including at ASRM’s Annual Congress and Expo.
· Serve as a representative of the CPL as needed in external collaborations and groups.

Location: ASRM Office, Washington, D.C. Hybrid work schedule (around 2 days per week in the office, plus some travel)
