This is an exciting opportunity to bring bicultural perspective to the NWPCA’s lean, inspired staff pursuing the association’s vision, as stated in its strategic plan, of ongoing expansion of the NWPCA as the thought, information and advocacy leader for wooden pallets and wooden transport packaging solutions.

NWPCA is the largest organization of wood packaging professionals in the world, with more than 800 company members in 40 countries who manufacture, repair and distribute pallets and wood packaging in unit-load solutions, or who supply products and services to the industry. Launched in 2022, the Mexico and Latin American Capítulo of NWPCA has grown rapidly, more than tripling its membership in its first two years, and is well positioned to extend its reach to serve members throughout Latin America and the Caribbean.

The Senior Director for Mexico and Latin America serves as the principal staff lead for the NWPCA in the region. This role is responsible for overseeing daily operations, executing strategic initiatives, and serving as the main liaison with the Capítulo Board of Directors. This leadership position is key to reinforcing the Chapter’s role as the unifying voice for the wooden packaging sector across Latin America and the Caribbean.

NWPCA is looking for a remote-based Senior Director fluent in Spanish and English, confident working with businesses across Mexico and Latin America and traveling throughout the region more than 30% of the time.
