Finance Director - Val Hoyle for Congress (D-OR-4)
The Val Hoyle for Congress campaign is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented individual to manage the campaign’s fundraising efforts. This position will be based in Springfield, Oregon, and interested applicants must be willing to relocate to the Lane County area and be willing to travel statewide and nationally as needed.

Description / Duties:
The Finance Director will:
- Develop and implement a finance and fundraising plan for the 2022 cycle in coordination
- with the candidate, campaign manager, and consultants.
- Maintain and expand the donor database.
- Manage candidate call time, organize and staff virtual and in-person fundraising events, lead donor prospecting, and donor follow-up.
- Oversee the campaign’s digital and email fundraising efforts in consultation with the campaign’s consulting firm.
- Collaborate with the campaign’s compliance officer on FEC reporting and compliance.
- Develop and maintain key relationships with consultants, labor leaders, and high-level donors and supporters.
- Hire and manage additional Finance staff as needed.
Desired Experience:
Ideal applicants should have at least one cycle of finance experience on a political campaign.
Applicants should have significant experience with Microsoft Excel, Google Suite, and NGP or
similar donor database software programs, and be familiar with call time best practices, budget
management and compliance.
Compensation:
Salary range is $5500/mo to $7500/mo and is negotiable based on experience. Health insurance and mileage will be provided.
Timeline:
