SIGNAL is in search of an entrepreneurial, transformative communications leader. This leader will help to build our fast-growing firm by sourcing new clients and growing existing revenue.

As an Executive Vice President, you will be an integral part of the leadership team. You will grow and manage SIGNAL's business in Washington, with possible expansion into other cities. This includes strengthening SIGNAL's brand as a corporate communication, public affairs, crisis communications, or media relations leader in the marketplace and identifying and winning new client opportunities.

Responsibilities of the EVP

Growth: Identify, cultivate and close new clients to add to our roster

Management: Serve as a counselor and advisor to clients, and lead a team to ensure delivery of quality work that advances client priorities Expand: Broaden SIGNAL's expertise and issue area concentrations

Accountability: Oversee seamless delivery of the work product/campaigns through effective planning, coordination, communication, and staffing

Prospecting & New Business: Partner with our advocacy business and parent company, Wiley Rein, to generate growth through both organic and new pursuits

o Serve as the first point of contact for relevant new business pursuits, partnering with relevant executives or appointed lead;

o Serve as senior advisor role in all large-scale new business pursuits.

 Qualifications:

Twelve plus years of agency experience in communications, advertising, or an integrated agency with at least six years in an organizational leadership role with team leadership experience

Proven track record of pitches won, bringing in new clients and revenue to the network

Inspiring team leader who is collaborative, energized and excited about the team's growth and success

Experience managing P&L; driving organic and incremental growth, profitably

Maintain gold-standard client relationships with complex global companies and brands across industries

A visionary who knows how to demonstrate the value of integrated communications to our clients as well as internal stakeholders
