Responsibilities Include:
- Manage strategic external relationships; track activity
- Participate in relevant committees and engage in education efforts
- Support policy team's goals and objectives
- Work to identify and grow new relationships that further Member's policy goals
- Represent Association at partner events and meetings
- Coordinate consistent communications to Members
- Maintain relationships with Member companies' government relations teams
- Some travel as needed
Qualifications Include:
- Bachelor's Degree required
- 3+ years of experience working in government affairs
- Knowledge of legislative process and relationships; existing government relations relationships preferred
- Excellent written and oral communication and advocacy skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced, team environment
Key Points:
- Hybrid, 3 days/week onsite

Candidates for this position must be based in DC, MD, or VA area or have independent plans for relocation.
