Job Description
The office of U.S. Senator Kirsten Gillibrand is seeking a press assistant to work closely with a fast-moving communications team in Washington, DC. Responsibilities include tracking media hits; building and maintaining press lists; drafting press releases, media advisories, and digital copy; distributing daily clips; and managing press interns. The ideal candidate will be highly organized and possess excellent communications skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to multitask under pressure.
