Job Description
The Office of U.S. Senator Kirsten Gillibrand is looking for an individual who is interested in a full-time, paid Press Internship, starting in late January. If accepted, you will work closely with the communications team and gain valuable experience. Interns help coordinate logistics for press conferences in the U.S. Capitol, answer press calls, assist with media monitoring, rapid response, and the Senator’s daily clips collection and distribution. Tasks require individuals to be detail oriented with strong writing and grammar skills. Recent graduates with a communication or political science background are encouraged to apply.
