The Office of Senator Elissa Slotkin is seeking a dedicated and high-performing professional to serve as the Senator’s Deputy Scheduler and driver in her Washington D.C. office. The Deputy Scheduler will be responsible for assisting with the coordination of the Senator’s schedule across a wide variety of engagements in Washington, D.C. The Deputy Scheduler will report to the Director of Scheduling. This is an entry level position. The position will at times include direct staffing and travel with the Senator and requires flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends. 

Responsibilities include: Assisting in the management of the daily operations and time management of Senator Slotkin, preparing briefing materials, and serving as the primary driver.

Candidate qualifications include: Strong interpersonal skills, organizational excellence, and possess professionalism, discretion, and a proactive approach to managing the Senator’s time efficiently and effectively.
