Program Analyst (Work-Life)

Summary

This position is located in the Executive Office of the President (EOP), Office of Administration (OA), Office of the Chief People Officer (OCPO), Work-Life Programs. The incumbent serves as a Work-Life Program Analyst for a variety of programs, providing on-going program management and initial start-up coordination for new and evolving programs.


Duties

As a Program Analyst (Work-Life), GS-0343-13, your typical work assignments may include the following:


Provides technical and policy expertise in the development and management of policies, procedures, and operational requirements for overall effectiveness and efficiency for a wide range of administrative programs in support of OA and EOP. Programs include work-life programs, childcare subsidy programs, and telework policies, as well as guidance on the detailee program, and OA and EOP internship programs.

Performs and coordinates specific management and statistical studies to include performing analytical work involved with assigned programs such as gathering data, conducting surveys, analyzing information, drawing conclusions, and recommending alternative courses of actions and solutions or alternate methods of proceeding.

Plans and implements all scheduling, hosting and marketing of Work-Life Educational Seminars and Employee Resource Information Sessions. Collects data on satisfaction surveys as well as designs and implements post-surveys to collect information to measure success of educational benefits.

Ensures internal websites and SharePoint sites are updated with the latest information and references.

Coordinates EAP services by ensuring employee services are as stated in the Inter-Agency Agreement (IAA). Maintains regular communication with the Account Executive and the Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor to plan events, address issues, coordinate employees' individualized activities and receive program updates.

Manages the OA Detailee Program by ensuring all agreements are correctly documented and processed.

Manages the OA Internship Program by performing a variety of administrative and technical duties in monitoring and conducting the program.

Coordinates with outside agencies and vendors on contractual and IAAs for work-life programs, and ensures IAAs and contracts are accurate and paid timely.

Performs Contracting Officer's Representative duties.
