About the Position:
The Annual Giving & Database Manager leads WREN’s efforts to grow and sustain individual giving by managing the donor journey for monthly and annual fund donors—from acquisition to stewardship. Reporting to the Sr. Director of Development, this role drives donor retention, upgrades, and pipeline development through strategic execution of the annual giving program, including donor communications and direct mail.
This position also serves as the lead administrator for WREN’s donor database, ensuring accurate data entry, integrity, and reporting to support organization-wide fundraising efforts. The Manager will support staff with training, reporting, and best practices to ensure the database is a powerful tool for engagement and growth.
This is a full-time, exempt position with a comprehensive benefits package and an annual salary of $65,000.This is a remote position within the state of South Carolina.
