The 2022 Pennsylvania Democratic Coordinated Campaign is seeking a highly motivated, passionate and talented GOTV Regional Director? for our statewide GOTV program. The PA Coordinated Campaign will play a critical role in electing a Democrat to the United States Senate, keeping a Democratic Governor, and electing Democrats down-ticket including U.S. House and State Legislative districts across the Commonwealth.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in implementation and coordination of GOTV logistical program
- Work across coordinated departments and partner campaigns to optimize collaboration and preparedness in support of the organizing program’s role in the GOTV effort
- Support and maintain appropriate systems and structures for campaign deliverables
- Assist GOTV Director and Deputy GOTV Leads to lend political and logistical support to team members in-turf
- Support in identifying target areas for statewide GOTV staging locations and assist in securing those locations
- Implement and assist statewide turf printing and material delivery ahead of GOTV
Skills & Qualifications:
- At least one previous cycles of statewide campaign organizing experience preferred
- Natural organizational skills, and attention to detail
- Familiarity with VAN, GoogleDrive, and standard campaign databases
- A positive attitude, a determination to overcome challenges, and a natural team player
- Willingness to work long hours, often times including nights and weekends
The GOTV Regional Director will report to the GOTV Deputy Director
