Job Description
As the Executive Assistant/Personal Assistant to the President, your primary role will be managing high-volumes of scheduling and meeting logistics for the President’s personal and professional life. This role requires an experienced Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant with a proven track record for delivering quality work while managing daily administrative needs in an efficient manner. The ideal candidate has a thorough understanding of executive level protocol and can diplomatically solve problems in a professional manner. About the Job
•Overseeing daily operations and facilitating communication between different parties.
•Manage a busy meeting calendar and travel schedule to maximize the President’s efforts while acting as a liaison to ensure seamless workflow in the President’s absence.
•Synchronize over 100 meetings and appointments every month for the President’s professional and personal schedule.
•Coordinate all logistics for domestic and international travel including planning executive level events, managing detailed itineraries, and adjusting to last minute scheduling changes.
•Point of contact for household staff and vendors, running errands, and planning social events.

About You
•Business savvy. You have at least 5 years’ experience as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant in a demanding, fast-paced corporate environment.
•Diplomatic. You are tactful and exercise courtesy to maintain respectful relations between internal and external stakeholders.
•Flexible. There’s no task too big or small when it comes to getting the job done.
•Good judgment. Your executives can trust you to make the right decisions for the staff and clients.
