Job Description

We are seeking talent to help lead us to victory in 2024. Pod Directors will manage the states in their assigned Pod. They will be responsible for leading strategy and planning for their Pod, and then holding teams accountable for their execution. Pod Directors will also coordinate with other pod-level staff in HQ, ensuring that their states are well supported and resourced.

These roles will be based in Wilmington, DE.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support and coach State Leadership teams to set and achieve ambitious goals
  • Develop and oversee state planning processes and best practices
  • Carry out national strategic imperatives in their assigned states
  • Lead pod teams in HQ, working across departments to maximize resources
  • Represent the interests of their states in national conversations

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

  • At least 3 cycles of experience managing managers
  • 8+ years of experience
  • Extensive experience developing and leveraging political relationships
  • Familiarity with all the elements of a successful statewide campaign
  • Deep knowledge of and experience with organizing
