Job Description

The Biden For President Campaign is seeking a Correspondence Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for sending correspondence from the campaign. Your efforts will be key in thanking Americans for engaging with the campaign. This position requires a highly organized individual with excellent writing skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. The Correspondence Manager will work closely with the Briefing Director, the Political Team, and the Scheduling and Advance Teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage high volume of campaign interaction information in Quickbase database.
  • Execute the printing and shipping process for all campaign correspondence.
  • Compose letters on behalf of the President, Vice President, First Lady, and Second Gentleman.
  • Liaise with other departments to gather information.
  • Potentially manage interns and volunteers, depending on Correspondence workload.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong, concise, and efficient writer.
  • Strong time management skills.
  • Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail; ability to prioritize and juggle multiple tasks and keep moving forward on all of them at once.
  • Ability to handle projects with the appropriate level of discretion and confidentiality.
  • Ability to work well under pressure with humor and grace.
  • At least 3 years experience, including handling high volume data, constituent services, and/or a writing-focused role.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Office.
  • Willingness to work long hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • Commitment to the campaign's goals and values.
