Role Description

This is a part-time hybrid role for Campaign Staff with the DC Republican Party, based in Washington, DC, with some work-from-home flexibility. Responsibilities include assisting in the planning and execution of campaign initiatives, coordinating campaign events, managing relationships with stakeholders, analyzing data to enhance campaigns, and supporting the day-to-day operations of campaign activities. The role may also involve developing outreach strategies and engaging community members to ensure the success of the initiatives.


Qualifications

  • Strong Campaign Management and Campaign experience
  • Exceptional Communication and Analytical Skills
  • Proficiency in Project Management
  • Ability to collaborate effectively and work independently in a hybrid environment
  • Familiarity with the political landscape in Washington, DC is a plus
