As a Civics, Social Impact, and Education Engagement Manager, you will deliver projects that are integrated into overarching engagement strategies for distinct audiences across civics, philanthropy, and education. You will act as a trusted partner within your team to turn initiatives—from Google announcements to large-scale learning programs—into impactful experiences. You will communicate and present confidently to stakeholders, ensuring our mission is translated into engagements that drive meaningful influence and align with team goals.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $117,000-$167,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 4 years of experience working in marketing or related fields.
- Experience managing marketing or political based events.
- Demonstrated working knowledge of event production, policy engagement, or social impact, with a proven ability to adapt communication styles to specific settings and audiences.
- Ability to address commonly escalated issues, identify better tools/methods, and deliver results with minimal assistance in a fast-paced environment.
- A proven ability to approach opportunities and issues with an “outside-in” lens and a track record of influencing brand and reputation metrics.
- Ability to develop innovative insights and thorough analysis for marketing leadership, translating policy-heavy initiatives into compelling messaging and overall brand marketing strategy.

Responsibilities
- Plan and execute prioritized marketing project work for the civics, social impact, and education portfolios, selecting appropriate methods to drive work forward while protecting brand reputation.
- Identify and recommend creative marketing solutions for high-profile announcements and programming by partnering with cross-functional teams to align on goals.
- Deliver full pieces of the project roadmap across three distinct portfolios (civics, social impact, and education) and proactively reach out to partner teams to ensure seamless collaboration.
- Manage event production elements—including vendor negotiation, booth design, and on-site execution—to ensure all technical cues are integrated with brand messaging.
- Seek out opportunities to improve processes and scale engagement models across the business, helping leaders identify potential implications for the team during the problem-solving process.
