Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Development Manager. The Development Manager will oversee and implement fundraising initiatives, develop donor relations strategies, and expand funding opportunities. Key responsibilities include managing donor accounts, supervising fundraising campaigns, building partnerships with corporations and individual donors, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in donor relationship management, fundraising strategies, and campaign planning
- Strong communication, public speaking, and writing skills to engage with donors and partners effectively
- Project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously
- Knowledge of data management tools and CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms
- Experience working in non-profit, advocacy, or community engagement settings
- Strategic thinking and analytical skills to evaluate program outcomes and guide resource allocation decisions
- Bachelor’s degree in Nonprofit Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus
