Ravenna Strategies is a boutique digital consulting firm committed to helping non-profits, government agencies, and political campaigns achieve big wins. Our clients include a member of Congress, progressive candidates, higher education institutions, labor unions, and environmental, housing, disability rights, and education nonprofits.
We are looking for a strategist to join the firm who is enthusiastic about learning digital advertising, electing Democratic candidates, and being part of a growing business. This is a remote position.
Duties will include:
- Implement and optimize digital ad campaigns on social media and programmatic ad platforms
- Managing vendors and direct ad buys
- Social media management
- Copywriting for website, social media, and ads
- Analyze campaign performance and provide reports to clients
- Use organizational tools to track digital budgets and production schedules
- Communicating with clients about active campaigns
New employees will get training in ad buying, basic graphic design, budgeting, and digital strategy. The ideal candidate has experience in one or more of the following areas:
- Experience with a campaign, non-profit, or government agency. Experience outside traditional communications is welcomed! This is a great role for someone with a background in organizing, organic content, or fundraising.
- Is familiar with social media copywriting in a professional setting.
- Has experience buying media.
- Has design experience (graphic design, video editing, web design, etc) or has managed production teams in the past.
This position pays $4,500-$5,000 a month, with a generous end of cycle bonus and a stipend for health insurance. This position is remote with opportunities for in-person work for Seattle-based candidates.
