We're seeking a dynamic, results-driven leader with a passion for selling Salesforce solutions and driving meaningful impact in the foundation and nonprofit sectors. As the Director of Growth, you will be instrumental in accelerating our organization's success and expanding our reach.
When you join our team, you will be responsible for:
- Developing and executing a strategic sales plan in collaboration with the Sputnik Moment CEO and Director of Professional Services
- Leading customer-facing lead generation and sales activities to drive growth (including webinars, conferences, and content creation).
- Closing new business deals by responding to RFPs, coordinating requirements, negotiating contracts, and aligning them with business operations.
- Cultivating and strengthening existing partnerships, in particular with the Salesforce Sales team.
- Establishing and expanding partnerships that create value for customers and drive additional sales.
- Collaborating with the Director of Professional Services and Grantmaking Team Lead to ensure smooth handoffs between Sales and Delivery
An ideal candidate will have:
- 3-5 years of proven sales success with a track record of exceeding targets.
- Experience selling Salesforce solutions & services within the nonprofit and philanthropy sectors.
- Strong technical aptitude and consultative selling skills to align solutions with client needs.
- A results-driven mindset with the ability to consistently meet and exceed sales quotas.
- A client-first approach committed to selling solutions that ensure long-term success.
