The Bridge is proud to be partnering with Boys & Girls Clubs of King County on three searches supporting the organization’s fundraising and communications leadership.
We are currently recruiting for:
• Director of Marketing & External Relations
• Senior Grants Manager
• Annual Giving Manager
Boys & Girls Clubs of King County has served young people and families across the region for more than 75 years and now reaches more than 26,000 youth through Club programs, athletics, camps, school-based services, and other youth development opportunities. These roles will help strengthen the storytelling, donor engagement, and institutional fundraising that sustain that impact.
All three roles are hybrid and based in the Seattle / South King County area.
Compensation ranges:
• Director of Marketing & External Relations — $110,000–$125,000
• Senior Grants Manager — $90,000–$110,000
• Annual Giving Manager — $90,000–$100,000
