YouGov Red Scientific Research Group YouGov is seeking a client-facing Director of Polling who will be involved in project management from proposal through delivery. They will serve as a bridge between external clients and internal teams. They will manage the survey research process internally by working cross-functionally with lateral team members. They will have demonstrated expertise working with quantitative data. They should have a formal background in survey research and methodology. Additionally, they must have four or more years working in political and or policy research. They should demonstrate a good grasp of analytical techniques commonly used in market research. The Director of Polling will bring a strong background to all phases of the data collection process from design to reporting. The director will be able to design, coordinate and execute a survey project from start to finish with their team members and YouGov tools. The Director will be involved in proposal writing. This will involve research design, feasibility checking, pricing, and contracting. For roles based in California, New York, Colorado, Massachusetts, or Washington State, the base salary hiring range for this position is $97,000 - 135,000 USD. Compensation offered will be determined by multiple factors including location, job-related knowledge, skills and experience.
