The organization is seeking passionate Field Organizers for the 2026 Coordinated Campaign in the organization. This full-time, in-person role focuses on building grassroots support to enhance voter turnout for the organization candidates. Responsibilities include direct voter engagement through canvassing and phone banking, as well as recruiting and training volunteers. Ideal candidates will possess strong organizational skills, adaptability, and a commitment to fostering an inclusive team culture. Familiarity with data tracking tools and a willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, are essential.
