Full Time-Receptionist Clerk (Bilingual- English/Spanish) at L.A.’s Leading Civil Rights Firm

Job Description: 

We are seeking a qualified candidate with strong Spanish language proficiency to join our team as a Receptionist Clerk in our Downtown Los Angeles office. We are an established and successful Civil Rights Law Firm with more than 35 years successfully assisting thousands of clients in their fight for justice. As a Receptionist Clerk, you will be responsible for answering phone calls, screening new clients, scheduling appointments, and providing general clerical support including organizing incoming mail and compiling court and immigration filings. The candidate must be able to answer phone calls from clients in Spanish.

Responsibilities:

·        Answering phones calls from clients in English and Spanish

·        Scheduling appointments

·        Organizing incoming mail and documents

·        Compiling court and immigration filings

·        Assisting with general office duties

Requirements:

·        Must be fluent in English and Spanish

·        Ability to interact effectively with clients, attorneys, paralegals, and support staff

·        Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

·        Reliable and dependable

·        Strong computer skills and familiarity with Outlook and Microsoft Word
