Fundraising Manager

At Swasthgram Global Foundation, we believe healthcare is a basic human right. Through our innovative programs—like Lab-on-Bike diagnostics, free mobile cancer screening camps, and preventive healthcare drives—we deliver life-saving medical care directly to rural and underserved communities.

As a registered US 501(c)(3) nonprofit, we are rapidly scaling our global footprint and seeking an energetic, results-driven Fundraising Lead to drive our US capital campaign and donor network.

• Major Donor Engagement: Build and nurture relationships with high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs), family foundations, and the South Asian diaspora network across the US / Bay Area.
• Corporate CSR & Partnerships: Secure corporate sponsorships, matching gifts, and CSR grants from tech companies and global enterprises.
• Grant Writing & Philanthropy: Identify, apply for, and manage institutional foundation grants.
• Events & Campaigns: Lead local fundraising drives, charity galas, and digital giving campaigns.
  

• 3+ years of proven success in nonprofit fundraising, donor development, or sales/account management.
• Strong network within the SF Bay Area donor ecosystem, tech CSR programs, or philanthropic circles.
• Outstanding communication, storytelling, and relationship-building skills.
• Entrepreneurial, self-directed mindset with a passion for global health equity.
