The organization seeks a Grassroots Policy Advocate (Volunteer) to engage in advocacy efforts aimed at reducing poverty and expanding opportunities. This role involves direct interaction with lawmakers, building relationships with decision-makers, and publishing media pieces to amplify community voices. Advocates will receive training and mentorship to develop skills in public speaking, media writing, and civic engagement, while staying informed on critical issues such as affordable housing and global health. This remote position requires a commitment of approximately 4 to 6 hours per month, with no prior experience necessary.
