Job Description
The organization is seeking an Intern for its government relations program, focusing on transportation and air quality issues in the Dallas-Fort Worth region. The intern will assist in monitoring state and federal legislative activities, summarizing relevant legislation, and drafting updates and correspondence for outreach to elected officials. Ideal candidates should be enrolled in a degree program related to political science, urban planning, or public administration, and possess strong communication and organizational skills. This position requires a commitment of at least 20 hours per week and offers a starting salary of $17.10 per hour.
