This role involves managing cooperation under Mutual Defense Agreements, facilitating international technical exchanges, and advising on export control regulations. Key responsibilities include maintaining liaison with various stakeholders, preparing classified documents, and developing export control procedures. Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field with at least four years of experience, or a Master’s degree with two years of experience, along with an active DOE Q or DOD Top Secret clearance.
