Job Description
The organization seeks a Law Student Intern for Summer 2027 to support its mission of advocating for the civil rights of LGBTQ+ individuals and those living with HIV. Interns will assist attorneys with various litigation and policy tasks, including legislative research, case investigation, and drafting amicus briefs. The role also involves contributing to public education efforts and maintaining resources for a national legal Help Desk. Ideal candidates are law students with a demonstrated commitment to public interest law and familiarity with LGBTQ+ issues, preferably in their second or third year of study. The internship is available in multiple locations, including New York City and Washington, D.C.
