Outdoors Alliance for Kids Intern

The organization seeks an intern for the Outdoors Alliance for Kids (OAK) to support advocacy and policy initiatives aimed at enhancing equitable access to outdoor experiences for children and families. This role involves assisting with event planning, partner outreach, and communications content creation, while also conducting policy research and analysis. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, along with a commitment to equity and inclusion. A background in policy or advocacy related to environmental or youth movements is preferred. This paid internship is based in Washington, DC, for a duration of six months at 15 hours per week.
