Phone Bank Coordinator
Remote Contract Position
20+ hrs per week
Our Revolution, America’s largest grassroots-funded political action organization started by Bernie Sanders in 2016, is seeking a Membership Phone Bank Coordinator to lead our high-octane Membership Recruitment Phone Bank Team to keep the political revolution going strong.
The Membership Phone Bank Team Coordinator will support our army of field organizers and volunteer leaders by leading a team doing calls to recruit new Our Revolution members as well as recruit volunteers for political and advocacy action.
The Phone Bank Team Coordinator will be responsible for leading all aspects of our phonebank operation during the evening hours below. Our Revolution utilizes the Thru-Talk phone system. Pay starts at $25/hr.
SHIFT TIMES
Tuesday 5:30-8:30p Eastern
Wednesday 5:30-8:30p Eastern
Thursday 5:30-8:30p Eastern
Sunday 3:00-6:00p Eastern
REQUIREMENTS
- Previous political, union or community organizing experience;
- Experience leading phone banks, including facilitating training and debrief;
- Experience tracking phonebank metrics and shift reporting;
- Experience providing technical backend support;
- Have access to a reliable internet connection; required.
- Have access to a reliable computer and phone; required.
- Works well independently and within a remote team setting.
