Racial Justice Intern

The organization is seeking a Racial Justice Intern for the Fall of 2026 to support its Racial Justice Program. This role focuses on advancing civil rights and liberties for marginalized communities, particularly those affected by racial inequities. The intern will conduct research, assist in policy advocacy, and participate in public education events, including voter registration drives. Ideal candidates are current college students with strong research and writing skills, a demonstrated interest in civil rights issues, and preferably some proficiency in Spanish, Portuguese, or Creole. The internship will last 10-12 weeks, requiring 10-20 hours of work per week, and is based in Boston, MA.
