Job Description

Organize NH, the 2022 New Hampshire Democratic Party Coordinated Campaign, is hiring Regional Get Out the Vote (GOTV) Directors to plan and implement a statewide GOTV program to help ensure Democratic victories across the state in 2022. New Hampshire is a critical state in 2022 at all levels of the ballot - join us to reelect U.S. Sen. Maggie Hassan, Reps. Annie Kuster and Chris Pappas, regain the governorship and state legislative majorities in next year’s elections, as well as build lasting progressive infrastructure.

This position will report to the Deputy GOTV Director and is based in New Hampshire.

Your role will include:

  • Assist the Deputy GOTV Director as well as GOTV director in implementing and executing statewide GOTV plan to elect Democrats up and down the ballot.
  • Carry out assigned systems and structures in order to facilitate cross departmental cooperation in execution of GOTV plan.
  • Work with operations team to help acquire and distribute office materials necessary for implementation of GOTV plan
  • Work with the organizing team to identify and establish staging locations across the state.
  • Work with the organizing and data team to distribute turf throughout the state.

Required Knowledge, Skills and Attributes:

  • At least one cycle of statewide campaign organizing experience, including at least one cycle of managing staff, is strongly preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Experience and ability to work with a diverse group of stakeholders.
  • Strong public speaking skills.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast paced, changing work environment.
  • Ability to work long and irregular hours, including nights and weekends.
  • Commitment to electing New Hampshire Democrats up and down the ballot.
