WHAT YOU'LL BRING

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s degree and 5 years related experience or equivalent combination.
Experience managing and implementing multiple projects.
Experience supervising staff, interns, and/or volunteers.
Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
Detailed oriented and proficient in interpreting guidelines and manipulating, analyzing, and interpreting data.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Multi-lingual skills and multi-cultural or cross-cultural experience appreciated.
Ability to manage and implement complex processes.
Strong management skills.
Ability to work in partnership with others in a collaborative role.
Demonstrated ability to conceive and write creatively for various audiences.
Knowledge of current and evolving trends in the specific field, preferably in a non-profit environment.
Experience with current and evolving technology in relevant field.
Experience working with cross-functional teams.
Experience, coursework, or other training in principles and practices of relevant field.
Strong organization, planning, and problem-solving skills.
Successful experience implementing strategic program goals.
Understanding of accounting practices.

SALARY INFORMATION

The starting pay range for a candidate selected for this position is generally within the range of $76,720 – $81,515 for annual base salary. This range only applies to candidates whose country of employment is the USA. Where a successful candidate’s actual pay will fall within this range will be based on a variety of factors, including, for example, the candidate's location, qualifications, specific skills, and experience. Please note countries outside the USA would have a different pay range in the local currency based on the local labor market, and not tied to USA pay or ranges. Your geographic location will be confirmed during the recruitment.
