Nonpartisan organization with a mission to strengthen global security by reducing the risk of use and preventing the spread of nuclear, biological, and chemical weapons has an immediate opening for a Digital Marketing Manager, with Salesforce Admin experience. The Communications team provides strategic and tactical support, including social media, websites, publications, events, and public education campaigns. The digital communications manager will work with the communications team and across programs to ensure web properties are functional, secure, visible, and tracking best practices for web design and digital operations. The person also will help guide social media practices to promote content and materials, and develop strategies to expand and influence our audiences.

Responsibilities:

A critical element of the position is to manage Salesforce Cloud and related tools (Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Click & Pledge, FormAssembly) and to train staff on Salesforce.

Experience and requirements:

• BA/BS in Business, Marketing, Communications, Information Technology, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field.

• Five years of experience in digital communications, content management systems, website management, and/or database management.

• Experience in Salesforce.

• Knowledge of SEO, including ability to analyze data and report outcomes.

• Working knowledge of project management and CRM systems, Salesforce required.

• Interpersonal abilities to work with all online marketing disciplines and teams as well as external vendors and agency partners.

• Ability to be flexible in a changing work environment and to work well under pressure and maintain a good sense of humor.

• Results oriented. Takes independent actions and calculated risks.

• Background or demonstrated interest in international affairs, national security and/or nuclear policy is a plus
