We are seeking talent to help lead President Biden and Vice President Harris’ reelection campaign to victory in 2024. We are looking for highly motivated, passionate, and talented State Hispanic Media Press Secretaries to drive Hispanic media coverage and bilingual message consistency in battleground states across the country in 2024. We are looking for folks with a variety of backgrounds as we build a team that looks like America. These roles will be based in states across the country, and will require in person work.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with national campaign headquarters and the state communications team to localize the campaign’s national message to fit key objectives in-state.
  • Oversee all Hispanic media components for your state, including producing and translating materials, prepping and pitching surrogates.
  • Work with local Hispanic media, surrogates, and other stakeholders to advance the communications goals of the campaign in-state.
  • Work with local media to shape campaign-related stories, including as an on-the-record spokesperson.
  • Support other in-state departments with message guidance in Spanish and on Latino specific issues, customized and translated talking points.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

  • At least 2 election cycles of Hispanic media experience.
  • Experience communicating across multiple audiences and channels.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English (This person should be completely fluent in Spanish).
  • Demonstrated record of developing relationships with reporters.
  • On-the-record experience.
  • Willing to relocate to a battleground state.
