PACtion Data, Inc. (PACtion) seeks an ambitious, creative sales professional to join our team and lead new client acquisition. The Campaign Sales Lead will work collaboratively with our leadership team to identify campaign, party committee, PAC, and non-profit prospects, create and execute sales plans and strategies, onboard new clients, and maintain ongoing sales relationships.

Company Overview:

PACtion is the leading small-dollar fundraising platform for Democratic campaigns, PACs, and party committees, as well as non-profit and advocacy groups. We’ve worked with effectively every Democratic campaign across the country, from President Biden and the DNC, down to local races. We’ve provided hundreds of millions of targeted fundraising leads to help our clients fundraising at scale, while maintaining deliverability and engagement.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead PACtion’s sales efforts, including:
  • Research, outreach, and develop relationships with campaigns, consultants, digital firms, and party committees in their region
  • Use a variety of sales methods, including drip campaigns, cold calls, meetings, one-pagers, case studies, and demos of data to pitch and close deals
  • Utilize CRM to keep track of communication, contacts, companies, deals, leads, etc.
  • Research and create list of prospects – including city, state legislature, statewide, congressional, senate, and other elections 
  • Work with leadership negotiate contracts with prospective clients


Qualifications:

  • Have experience in a customer service role
  • Have political campaign or nonprofit fundraising experience 
  • Have digital fundraising experience
  • Be outgoing and comfortable with cold calls and other sales outreach methods
  • Stay on top of political campaigns, primary and general election cycle, and campaign / nonprofit fundraising cycles (EOQ/EOY)


Salary + Benefits

  • $70,000 salary with commision-based bonuses
