Job Description

The Biden For President Campaign is seeking a Briefing Coordinator. In this role, you will play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the Briefings team, which helps ensure the accurate and efficient preparation and distribution of written materials for the campaign’s key principals. This position requires a highly organized individual with excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. The Briefing Coordinator will work closely with the Briefing Director, Briefing Managers, the Scheduling and Advance Team, and other departments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide general administrative support to the team, including responding to emails and tracking deadlines.
  • Work closely with the Briefing Director to understand priorities and manage workflow to meet deadlines.
  • Assist with data entry and document management.
  • Liaise with other departments as required to gather information.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

  • Previous experience working on political campaigns or in a similar role is desirable but not required.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Office.
  • Willingness to work long hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • Passion for political activism and a commitment to the campaign's goals and values.
