Administrative Communication Associate

Are you a highly skilled Administrative Assistant with excellent communication skills? We are looking for a passionate and team oriented individual who is proficient in social media communication and administrative duties. This position will be responsible for social media, managing website platforms and providing administrative support to the Operations Manager. This position will be remote until future notice.

Responsibilities

This positions is responsible for:

Leveraging Social Media

Daily Administrative Support Duties

Updating Databases

Managing Social Media Communications such as websites, Linkedin Postings, and other media platforms

Coordinating and preparing newsletter communications and client communications

Assisting with special projects where necessary

Skills

Written Communication

Organization

Creating Presentations

Social Media (1 year of experience is preferred)

Administrative Duties (3 years of experience is preferred)

High School (required)
