Job Description


U.S. Senator John Fetterman seeks a highly organized and detail-oriented individual as his Scheduler in the Washington, D.C. office. The Scheduler will work closely with the Director of Scheduling to assist with a broad range of scheduling and executive operations including, but not limited to, preparing the Senator’s schedule in DC, coordinating complex travel arrangements, communicating key information regarding the Senator’s schedule to staff, overseeing the process for organizing and vetting incoming meeting requests and invitations, and assisting with special events and projects. The Scheduler will report to the Director of Scheduling.  

The ideal candidate uses exceptional judgement, remains calm under pressure, and possesses strong organization and communication skills. Individuals applying for this position should be prepared to have flexible work hours and be able to adapt to a fast-paced and constantly changing environment. 2-3 years of administrative, executive support or operations experience required. Prior Capitol Hill scheduling experience is preferred.
