Election Integrity Assistant/Coordinator

Job Summary: The Assistant/Coordinator for the EI Department at RNC Headquarters works closely with the Director of Election Integrity to ensure the Department runs efficiently. This role involves administrative support, coordination of projects and events, and communication.
Key Responsibilities:
● Provide comprehensive administrative assistance to the Director, including helping manage their schedule, arranging appointments, and ensuring timely correspondence.
● Assist in the organization and maintenance of records and files relevant to election integrity, guaranteeing easy access and data accuracy.
● Facilitate document preparation, report generation, and effective communication within the department, ensuring that information flows smoothly and efficiently.
● Collaborate with the Director to plan and execute various projects, events, and initiatives aimed at upholding election integrity.
● Manage the logistics of departmental activities, including event planning, seminar coordination, and travel arrangements.
● Ensure that accommodations for departmental events and activities are arranged effectively and meet the required standards.
● Act as a primary point of contact for inquiries, whether from internal staff or external partners, and provide prompt and accurate responses.
● Foster and maintain open communication channels within the department to keep all team members informed and connected.
Qualifications:
● A bachelor's degree is preferred.
● Prior administrative or coordination experience.
● Familiarity with election integrity is desirable.
● Strong organizational and communication skills.
● Attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
